Honest note: most websites refuse to be embedded in any page, so split panes work only for sites that allow it. In the real Onyx build this is native and always works.

Welcome to Onyx

This is stage 1: the shell prototype of the Onyx blueprint. It runs the real workspace system, command bar, theme engine and split view, all stored on this device only. No account, no sync, no tracking, nothing sent anywhere.

What this is not: a browsing engine. Tabs that "open" pages open them in your real browser, because only a native Chromium app can render the whole web. That is stage 2.

Try Ctrl+K for the command bar, or tap ⌘ in the corner.
